Redact kit (if you even open a chat)
- Leave the export where it is. Do not download the .vtt, .docx, or audio into ChatGPT.
- Founder types the agenda. "Alex at Example Mill discussed lead time. Decision: wait for the lab PDF." No real company, no quote, no price unless it is already public.
- Paste the banned list before any rewrite. No greener materials than the facts pack.
- Ask for a checklist only. "Turn this agenda into three action lines. Do not add claims or quotes."
- Human follow-up. The action lives in the task list, not in the model.
- Public copy starts over. PDP copy, ads, or the letter. The call stays out.
