- Identity. Legal name, trading name, GBP name if dining or hospitality.
- NAP and hours copied from the live listing or footer. Not from memory.
- Public prices you are willing to show, or NONE. SKU or sitting, not a moodboard.
- Origin lines that About already publishes. Founded year only if the pack has the year.
- Diet or materials fact as the card. Vegan kitchen, vegan-tagged dishes, named fiber, or NONE.
- Banned list. Carbon-neutral, plastic-free, eco-friendly as a trait, unnamed studies, competitor bash.

Fix the source that week. They invent Sunday hours: the pack is stale or was not pasted. They invent a founded year: the pack left the year blank and the model filled it. Do not invent a hallucination percentage.
